Just a reminder that your 2012/2013 membership will expire on June 30th 2013 and the beginning of the 2013/14 Season begins! “Mr Treasurer” AKA Andy has sent out all renewal forms for existing members.
Member numbers for our club have been strong last year and as a result we have been able to retain the existing fee structure from last year. AWA and MAAA insurance fees are also the same as last year.
So we invite you to rejoin the PRCHC for this coming year and continue your valued support for our club. Please print, sign and email the form back with proof of payment. Details are on page 2 of the application. I will post your receipt as soon as I see your funds transfer in the account or received your filled out application and cheque. Don’t forget to sign it! Bring the receipt to the field as it will be proof of membership and insurance until you receive your 2012/2013 badge.
Printed copies of the form are also available from the Document Box at the Field.
Remember, no one will be allowed to fly without a renewed membership after June 30th 2013.
As an added incentive to join, the club will be having BBQ around lunchtime on the 7th July which is the first Sunday of the new membership year.
